Karachi, October 3, 2016: As part of its plan of facilitating commemorative meetings and processions on the occasion of Muharram-ul- Haram, K-Electric has decided that there will be no load-shed at major locations of Muharram Majalis. During the holy month, KE’s team will remain on standby 24/7 for the convenience of public.
According to the KE’s press statement, the four Regional Command Centers are fully functional and the city’s power supply is being monitored 24/7. “KE will be working in close coordination with the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner to provide facilities to the consumers,” remarked KE’s spokesperson.
Customers are requested to inform the utility in case of any complaints by calling on 118 or 021-99000 and via SMS to 8119 or through KE’s digital platforms.
