NEPRA through letter dated July 08, 2020 has approved Revised Consumer Service Manual for compliance by all DISCOs. A copy of the same is available to be downloaded by consumers of K-Electric Limited.

Please note that KE, vide letter dated August 06, 2020 has filed a review application through which NEPRA has been requested to review Grid Sharing Costs, Supervision Charges, Procedure for Recovery of Arrears from Defaulting Premises and Disconnection of Supply due to Non-Compliance of provisions of CSM by consumers. KE will be implementing the Revised CSM with the exception of the aforementioned till a final decision in this regard is received from NEPRA
