Karachi, 9th May 2018: The Civil Aviation Triangular Cup 2018 started on the 8th of May and K-Electric (KE) has won its second consecutive match against the Medicam cricket team by 6 wickets. KE had already defeated the Civil Aviation team by 84 runs in their opening match at the Civil Aviation Ground in Karachi. The triangular cricket tournament is on a T-20 format and has K-Electric, Medicam Cricket and the Civil Aviation teams competing against each other.
Medicam won the toss and elected to bat first. KE bowled the entire team out in the 19th over on 111 runs with KE’s Faraz Ahmed taking 3 wickets. K-Electric scored the winning runs with a boundary in the 11th over with Arsalan Bashir scoring 52 and Bahadur Ali scoring 39 runs.
K-Electric would play its next match against the Civil Aviation Whites on the 10th of May at the Civil Aviation Ground.
